Tomorrow Weather
6 Weathermen in one - Averaged.
What this site counts, what it deliberately does not keep, and the rights you have over anything we hold. The short answer is that we hold nothing that identifies a reader.

Tomorrow Weather is published by [[FULL LEGAL NAME OF THE COMPANY]], registration number [[COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]], of [[REGISTERED ADDRESS]]. For anything on this page, write to hello@seoninjas.co.za.
This is a weather site. There is nothing to sign up for, no account, no login, no newsletter and no contact form. We count how many people read each page without keeping anything that identifies you. We do not sell, rent or trade any information about our readers, because we do not hold any.
When a page is opened, our counter records that the page was viewed. To avoid counting the same person repeatedly on the same day it makes a one way hash of your address together with a salt that changes every day, and counts that. The hash cannot be turned back into your address, and the hashed values are discarded at the end of each day. Only the running totals remain: how many views a page had today, this week, this month and this half year. We never store your IP address, and we keep no record of who read what.
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps its own technical logs, which normally include an address and the page requested. Those logs belong to the hosting provider and are used for security and for keeping the site running. We do not use them to build a picture of any individual reader, and we do not join them to anything else. If you need to know how long the host keeps them, ask us and we will get the answer from the provider in writing.
If you write to us, we hold your address and what you sent, for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of the answer. Nothing more.
This site sets no cookie of its own, and the counter works without one. Advertising may set cookies once an advertiser's creative is in place. What that means, and how to stop it, is set out on the cookies page.
The advertising on this site is house advertising, meaning it belongs to our own group, with one local slot sold to an advertiser in each city. Advertisements are labelled. If you click an advertisement you leave this site and the advertiser's own privacy policy applies to whatever happens next. We do not pass anything about you to an advertiser, because we hold nothing to pass.
We do not sell information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act we need a reason, and we rely on these:
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Nothing personal is stored, which removes most of the risk before it starts. Access to the server is limited and controlled.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. Write to hello@seoninjas.co.za and we will answer.
If you are reading from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the General Data Protection Regulation: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to the supervisory authority in your own country. Since we hold no personal information about readers, most of these are answered by the fact that there is nothing to hand over.
If you are reading from California, you have the right to know what is collected and to ask that it be deleted, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not hold any about you.
This site is general weather information and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If a child has sent us an email and you want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.
The site is served from a hosting provider that may store data in another country, and the forecast data is fetched from Open-Meteo, which operates from Switzerland. No personal information about readers is sent to either of them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If the change is significant, such as a new advertiser that sets cookies, it will be described on this page before it happens.
Write to us first, because most problems are easy to settle. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za. The contact details on their site are the current ones.
